Uluru Statement from the Heart update
The Uluru Statement from the Heart Update was an online event in late August which formed part of the 2020 Danjoo Koorliny Walking Together Social Impact Festival. Hosted by Noongar Elder and Danjoo Koorliny leader, Professor Colleen Hayward, she was joined by local Noongar representatives, and Professor Megan Davis, a Cobble Cobble woman and constitutional law expert.

Changemaker Spotlight: Levi Fernandez

Meet Levi Fernandez - CSI Swinburne student, scholarship recipient and Co-Founder of Society Melbourne, a social enterprise with a vision of eliminating youth homelessness in Australia. We interviewed Levi for this video earlier in the year and he updated us recently with the news that despite COVID-19 and Melbourne’s lockdown their home.one cafe is currently open in Brunswick and they've also been cooking meals for vulnerable young people through a partnership with StreetSmart Australia.
